We do our best to ensure that the products we deliver are exactly what you ordered. Unfortunately we cannot open products to check if all content is in packaging or if it have any defects, this we take from our suppliers quality control. If you’ve received a product with a defect or fault, we will gladly replace it for you with the same product you purchased. Fault must be reported via email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days after your packages have been delivered.
Refund for an Unwanted Product
- If you would like to return a product that you are not happy with for any reason. You must send an email request to email@example.com within 48 hours after your received your delivered.
- Product must be in their original packaging, which must be undamaged and unused. It must be returned in the same condition as it was received.
- A handling fee of 10% or minimum of R60 will be deducted to cover bank and admin costs.
- Andritec will not be liable to for courier cost to return your item. The courier fee for returning product will be deducted when processing refund.
- A refund will be processed only after product has been inspected by us.
